At AIR-Serv we manufacture, install, maintain and secure our machines at no cost to the retailer. With the AIR-serv revenue share and rental programmes for Air, Vac and Jet wash, our partners are never subjected to expensive call-out, labour and parts charges! AIR-serv, cover these in the deal, leaving you to focus on the profit. In some cases we even cover the cost of the wash chemicals, screen wash and machine fragrances!

Preventative Maintenance

AIR-serv understand the importance of keeping our machines running – a machine that is out of action is a machine that is not generating all important revenue. AIR-serv machines are manufactured from high grade stainless steel using “best of class” components to ensure maximised up-time. The revenue share and rental approach allows AIR-serv to focus on preventative maintenance rather than responsive maintenance, very similar to servicing a vehicle to prevent breakdowns. This is exactly why our customers trust us with their valeting estates.

Contactless Payment

AIR-serv has invested heavily in partnering with a leading Global contactless payment provider which specialises in the vending market. The AIR-serv bespoke Contactless payment solution for Air, Vac and Jet wash equipment allows customers to maximise revenues by adding Contactless payment to their machines. AIR-serv will have in excess of 5,000 Contactless payment units fitted within our network by the end of 2021. AIR-serv has very quickly become the number one valeting supplier for Contactless payment solutions and is working with major Oil companies, Hypermarket groups and independent forecourt operators to help grow their revenues.

Peace of Mind

AIR-serv has a team of over 65 Field-based staff who work to ensure the smooth running of your valeting estate. These include Service Engineers, Chemical Top-up teams, our Secure Cash collection unit and our Compliance team. All of our Field based teams hold valid UK PIA passports and treat Health and Safety as their number one priority. As an ISO accredited business AIR-serv continually reviews it’s Health and safety policies to ensure best practice. This continual development has allowed AIR-serv to score top marks in independent evaluations by our Customers, something we are incredibly proud of.  Machine presentation is important to AIR-serv and all machines are fitted with decals and health and safety disclaimers which are in-keeping with your fuel brand or corporate image.

 AIR-serv ensure that all consumable parts such as tyre connector-ends, hoses, lances and fittings are robust enough for a forecourt environment and as such are vigorously tested by our Technical team prior to sign-off and use on our machines.

Call Centre

Regardless of whether you are an independent or national customer the AIR-serv call centre will respond to your bespoke needs. The highly experienced an hard working Call Centre team work with major Oil Companies, Hypermarkets and dealer groups and their associated FM providers to ensure the smooth running of our partners valeting estates.

With £2million of parts stockholding in the UK at any one time we are well equipped to achieve required SLA’s. We look after in excess of 10,000 units and are proud of our first Time Fix ratio of 97%.

Forecourt Services

Our fully operational and UKPIA accredited Forecourt services division supply cleaning services for Rollover car wash bays, Jet wash bays and full forecourt cleans where needed on an ad-hoc or contact basis.

In addition to forecourt cleaning we also carry out a chemical top up service that takes away the hassle of ordering and storing chemical, this service is charged on a pence per wash basis to make life easy for site operators and is available with our budget brand of products or Turtle Wax, you choose.
